Having always loved the outdoors and with a background in training and education, I was inspired to have a career change after attending toddler forest school sessions with my son.
I am passionate about the many benefits forest school brings to each child's development, giving them a deeper understanding and appreciation of the natural world, all whilst having fun!

Sophie Telford
I am an experienced Early Years/Primary school teacher, as well as an accredited children's yoga teacher. I‘ve always had a huge passion for yoga and I have seen first-hand the benefits that practising yoga at a young age can have. Not only does it support children’s physical development, strength and coordination, but it can give children tools to help manage their emotions and feelings all through their lives.
I am so excited to offer yoga at Highmoor, as it's where both my boys went and formed some very happy memories.
